Plan Your Webinar

You will have to plan your webinar in great detail before getting started. Focus on all the details, both big and small. Think about what your goals are, how you will promote the webinar, your budget, how many people will be attending, any guest speakers you would like to invite and the schedules.

By planning everything and writing it down on paper, you are more apt to follow through and have a seamless webinar process.

it is very important that you get the email addresses of everyone who will or might attend your webinar. You will need to have them provide their email address, either during the sign up process itself or trough an informational source.

Marketing Is Essential

If you do not promote your webinar it is highly unlikely that it will be a success. Nodbody will even know about it. You WILL have to do some marketing for your event. Holding your webinar at 2:00 in the morning is usaully not a good idea (unless you are seeking an audience in a different time zone). You should schedule your event at a time when you will be able to get the largest audience possible. The best time is generally during the moid-afternoon, on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Make It Interesting

A webinar that is interesting and offers valuable information will grab your audiences attention. You should always be aware of the fact that you are competing with lots of things for peoples attention. The only way to keep them focused on your webinar is by offering solid, interesting information.
