How to ship over the phone coaching or tele seminars

By: Ralph Harris

Increasingly at Meetupcall we're having prospects that are utilising our conference call providers to carry our seminars or coaching periods over the phone. These 'tele-seminars' as they're known as within the US, cover a spread of matters from religion, self improvement, leadership by to organisation particular training.

Typically they last about one hour and follow the format of a lecture adopted by a query and answers session. With anything up to 1000 people attending the calls, tele-seminars are an excellent price-effective method to promote a product or service or educate and train your clients, clients and staff a couple of specific topic.

Below are a number of tips on how you need to use Meetupcall conference call services to host your own tele-seminars or ship over the telephone training sessions:

1. Determine on the subject material and target audience. Will you be running the session yourself? Will you have an out of doors subject material skilled?
2. Determine if you will cost for the service or if it will likely be free. If the service might be free then our Meetupcall PAYG service will unfold the cost of the call across all participants. If want to charge for the decision then our Meetupcall Select service will help you provide toll-free numbers to your purchasers to dial-in.
3. Decide the length of your session. The overall size of your session will probably be dictated by the number of topics you wish to cover. Usually 5 minutes is considered the best amount of time to spend on every question or tactic.
4. File the coaching session / seminar. All Meetupcall conference services include a convention call recording facility. By recording your call you cannot only analyse how nicely it went, however re-distribute to those who had been unable to make the session
5. Ensure your non-taking part attendees are muted. To minimise background noise you need to instruct any attendees to mute their mic while they aren't participating. They will do mute / unmute themselves by urgent *0 throughout the call.
6. At all times start your teleseminar on time. Meetupcall is an on-demand service, so you may at all times join the call a couple of minutes early to be prepareed.
7. Introduce your self and explain why you might be an expert on the topic matter. So your attendees are more receptive you what you might be about to show it's best to give information about your background. Ideally it is best to spend only one minute or so giving them the related information and not your life story.
8. Take breaks each 30 minutes. It's a good idea to take a break every 30 minutes or so to keep the curiosity of your attendees. The break may very well be in the type of a espresso break or it could simply be a short Q&A session.
9. At the finish of the session, summarise the call. At the end of the session it's best to summarise all the pieces you've mentioned, and in case you are promoting a product and service, then that is also the time at which you need to introduce it.
10. Thank your attendess (and subject matter professional) and finish the call. You'll then be emailed the recording which you can ship to the contributors for reference or save for future use.
