Creating Banana Pudding With Your Own Touch

By: Roger Toornelo

Do you recall the days when granny or even mother would make banana pudding? We simply couldn't get enough of it. Now that we are parents isn't it time we start making it for our children. I used to enjoy to lick the spoon when she was finished. That was always the best part. Do you recall how you just had to put aside a couple of the vanilla wafers?

Making banana pudding is actually very simple and most folk know how to make it with out having to look at a recipe. Some people prefer to use banana pudding while other prefer to use vanilla pudding. Make sure you have your box of vanilla wafers, and a few bananas sliced up.

You can add whipped cream if you want to but not everyone likes whipped cream. Your going to need milk too. Blend the milk and pudding together until well blended. You want to be sure that your pudding is mixed right. Some folk like to layer the vanilla wafers on the bottom and around the bowl before pouring in a small amount of the pudding.

Then you can layer sliced bananas and another layer of wafers. You just repeat this process until the bowl is full. You can either top the pudding with layers of vanilla wafers or crush the vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top.

The way you make your pudding is really up to you. It is a simple pudding to make and you can add your own style to make it your very own recipe. If you like a lot of bananas in yours then add a lot of them. If you like just a couple then only put in a few. The same goes with the wafers. You can put as many or as few as you want.
