Anxiety Attacks Causes

There can be lots of varied anxiety attacks causes. Some reasons might be job-related such as a terrible superior, a fear of losing your job, an important presentation. Other reasons might be more personal like outstanding bills, a difficult child, an in poor health father or a mortgage. Fear can also come from the unfamiliar, such as your first day at your new job or not knowing what direction to take after college. Childhood traumas, bad experiences or any psychological shock can be a source of anxiety. Nearly anything can be a trigger of anxiety, but they can be grouped under two categories: the things we value and the things we are unsure of. Then again, like all illnesses, grave anxiety that results in anxiety attacks can be prevented or treated. The reverse can moreover occur. You can get rid of or minimize your anxiety and thus keep away from additional complications. One way of doing this is to keep away from stressful conditions. For instance: visualize that your boss aks you to make an important presentation to the top executives of your corporation. Instead of starting immediately your investigations and preparation, you sit around hesitant if you can do it. You tell yourself that you cannot do it and imagine the worst case scenario. When you go home, you visualize yourself making a fool out of yourself instead of unwinding. These negative thoughts and activities are a great cause of anxiety panic attacks. The main thing is to keep your thoughts happy and constructive. Another source of anxiety attacks is the lack of rest. Humans need sleep to function properly. Sitting up all night will do nothing for your worry or for whatever it is you are distressing about – it will just make it worse. Your body needs rest to recuperate and deal with stress. Your body needs enough rest to recuperate and cope with pressure. Staying up all night will do nothing for what it is you are tormenting about, and it will only make it worse. Lack of sleep can affect you emotionally and even physically. This is a fact. Lack of sleep increases your blood pressure and even causes you to have delusions. On this note, avoid coffee. Caffeine beverages will keep you wide awake and increase your nervousness. Some other grounds of anxiety attacks is not enough oxygen. When somebody is having a panic attack, he or she inclines to retain her breathing, thus causing his or her body into a state of agitation or shock: the lungs constrict, the hands get cold, etc. If you experience a panic attack approaching step outside for little while. Take a pause and walk in the open air. Drink water. But, for safety purposes, be certain to do all these with a friend. It is best to consult your medical doctor when you have frequent anxiety attacks. The essential thing is to tell someone what you are going through. Do not keep it a secret and if needed to get qualified help. Ignoring the stress is one of the worst anxiety attacks causes. And do not forget, everybody has to cope with anxiety. Therefore, you are not alone.
