Amazing Women Self Defense Info You Need To Know! 00 283

By: Steven Gib

So how can you find a good place to train and find a decent self defense course for women? I will recommend some things you need to find a good instructor that will teach you valid stuff if you are ever attacked.

Women self defense #1 - Find an instructor that uses a full body padded suit to help train you to use maximum violence and aggression so you can learn and sculpt the way you will react to a real life or death attack.

Self defense #2 - Classes like Tae Bo and cardio kickboxing should be completely out of the question when looking into reality based training for women. You want an element of reality and actual combat techniques that can save you or your children from a violent attacker.

Women self defense #3 - Martial arts styles I recommend for women include: karate, jeetkunedo, mixed martial arts, boxing, and any type of self defense training you can get. Those are my recommended systems of combat and if you can find better alternatives like military combatives by all means do it! If you can enroll in a seminar by an expert on women self defense thats even better too.

Self defense #4 - If you are a woman unfortunately you are at a disadvantage in strength to most men. Many men are also easily over powered. This is why you need to train with cardio and weight lifting three times a week or more. You want to be physically healthy so you can survive and put up a good counter attack.

Women self defense #5 - Use any and all dirty fighting moves you can. Scratching and eye gouging your opponent, chopping him in his adam's apple, smashing his groin, head butting his face, screaming for help. When it comes to a violent encounter don't be a victim always fight back no matter what.

With that being said investing in your self defense knowledge is essential.
